As per recent reports, there are more than 1600 GCCs in India, contributing billions per year to the nation's economy. The numbers are projected to grow even further in the coming years. However, disturbances in the West have brought tough times for GCCs in the East. It has made the majority of GCCs take steps with more caution than ever when it comes to cost-cutting and business expansion.
