The term "digital transformation" is an often overused and vague buzzword. No matter what new name we may want to give it, ERP implementations and other technology initiatives as we know it are dead - or at least, they should be.
This video outlines the reasons why common and traditional approaches to digital transformation and ERP implementations are so flawed. More importantly, I explain how to manage your initiative as more of a business transformation rather than a technology initiative.
