The Digital Transformation Conference London May 2023: Preview

In just over two weeks The Digital Transformation Conference returns to London for a sixth year welcoming some fascinating business leaders and practitioners to share their expertise across three stages throughout the day.

The May 11th event welcomes back our pre-pandemic operating format of three stages; the keynote stage, people & culture stage and our tech & process stage looking to explore topics and discussion across the three core pillars that generally make for more successful digital transformation within the enterprise.

We are excited to welcome a great mix of speakers from a variety of industries to share their insights and learnings. Our first session of the day on the keynote stage will welcome Nicola Wadham , the Chief Information Officer from Financial Ombudsman Service who will take a look at how you can transform without a big transformation programme, delivering change more efficiently. Thomas Harris from 萬事達卡 will then discuss what leadership is needed in place in order to maximise transformation success chances. We'll be joined by Gold Sponsor Softwire 's Zoe Cunningham who will be looking at how you can build a structured, scalable, modern codebase to ensure for long term evolution within your organisation. Lara Burns , the Chief Digital Officer at The Scouts will then join me for a fireside chat on Lara's experience on leading change and driving digital transformation. Ahead of the first coffee break Diamond Sponsor Solace 's Jamil Ahmed will dive deeper into the importance of event-driven architecture as part of digital transformation and how this delivers bottom line business value.

In our next session we will have an all-star panel session looking at the implementation of a digital transformation strategy featuring morning keynote presenters Nicola Wadham and Thomas Harris with Romi Arya from Walgreens Boots Alliance and Tariq Maonah from 花旗 also sharing their insights and know-how. After our lunch break the event breaks down into two tracks with one focussing on the people and culture elements of transformation and the other covering technology and process.
