Digital Strategy Accelerator: Dot Project’s Collaborative Journey

At Dot Project, we understand that collaboration is essential. Since 2022, our commitment to working in partnership has been integral to amplifying our impact, particularly in ensuring the support we provide to charities matches their needs and ambitions.

For the past few years, Dot Project has partnered with Charity Digital, pooling our strengths, skills, and resources to deliver the Digital Strategy Accelerator for charities. This initiative has empowered 15 organisations with the tools and guidance needed to navigate their digital priorities effectively and enable them to achieve their goals.

We are excited to announce that we are working on the next iteration of this program. Over the last six months, we have been re-designing the Accelerator to ensure even greater impact. Our partnership with Charity Digital brings together expertise in organisational change, technological innovation, and extensive sector networks, all aimed at achieving tangible outcomes for participating charities.

Shared Ambitions and Goals

In our partnership with Charity Digital, our shared ambitions are clear:

1. Accelerated Learning and Practical Outcomes: Providing guidance and structured support over six months, ensuring charities gain actionable insights and skills.
2. Long-Term Organisational Progress: Emphasising a team-based approach, we aim to foster enduring organisational confidence by facilitating the design and integration of meaningful digital strategies.
3. Building Sector-Wide Digital Resilience: Through our work together we aspire to deepen the charity sector's understanding of necessary technical skills and organisational changes required to thrive in a digital enabled environment.
4. Program Expansion and Accessibility: We are exploring avenues to broaden program accessibility, reaching a wider array of organisations and communities.
5. Funder Engagement: To date the Digital Accelerator Programme has been funded by Okta.? We are now seeking to attract and enable access to supportive funders to sustain and expand the program's impact across the charitable sector.
