In honor of World Mental Health Day, TikTok is stepping up its mental health support for creators by partnering with Headspace to offer free access to their meditation app for 20,000 creators. This initiative is aimed at helping influencers manage stress, avoid burnout, and stay mentally healthy amidst the demands of content creation.
