Digital Security: Encryption, Biometrics and Watermarking

The field of Cryptography has evolved from character substitution to (Triple) DES to RSA with asymmetric key encryption and much beyond for devices and cloud. In security, we use code. But biometrics philosophy builds on the fact:‘we are code’. Watermarking is about hiding digital information in carrier signal tracing copyright infringement and banknote authentication. This presentation in BengaluruITE.biz 2016 by the author highlighted some recent developments in the field. The session was organized by IESA and was titled as "Futuristic Technologies---Not Just a Dream".
