DIGITAL READINESS FRAMEWORK

My previous article was about what a digital ready organization means, in this article here I am sharing my perspective about a Digital Readiness Framework for any organization. Business understands the importance of digital readiness for organization and reach out to IT to help putting it in practice. IT has its own challenges around the complexity of their landscape, technical debt and other compliance related challenges turns out obstacles to their journey towards being digital ready organization. Customers feels the need to align their IT with business and start looking for partners who can help them in defining the target state of their application landscape, target operating models & enable faster time to market. In these situations, they don’t need a vendor to support them but a partner who can understand real business challenges, becomes part of their journey, and help them succeed and become a digital ready organization.
