In line with this evolution, Truminds has successfully developed and delivered a Digital Platform to one of our clients for Automating the Consulting Management Lifecycle. This platform acts as a meeting point between management consultants and organizations seeking specialized advisory services, thus effectively managing the supply and demand dynamics of this niche market.

The development of this Digital platform required several technological advancements and integrations. Notably, the project involved mastering third-party integrations, including content management, Single Sign-On (SSO) using OneLogin, and a comprehensive communication system for project collaboration. Salesforce integration was leveraged for managing contact information, while Stripe was implemented for subscription and payment management.

Additionally, Apache was customized to enhance ERP functionalities, and Freshdesk was integrated for invoicing and billing purposes. We also integrated a chatbot powered by an industry-leading LLM API and Mailchimp for managing marketing and contact interactions.

With an emphasis on user experience, we have delivered user-friendly interactive interfaces. This included integrating Java with a Mezcal database, implementing AWS for cloud-based development, and optimizing costs with third-party tools. Jenkins was employed for automating builds and the project also featured rigorous security and vulnerability testing to safeguard against cyber threats.
