User (enterprise) can make an order of a service with ease from any of these options, does not need to go to service provider portal; Irrespective of the source of the user order from Retailer portal, or third party portal or any other means, Digital Operations product from Service provider is integrated to all of them and its Fulfilment module would complete the user service order with no human intervention. Digital Operations product from Service provider also enable the wholesaler to monitor their allocated resources.
