Digital Online Processing of Immigration Applications - will it work?

Has IRCC switched to digital processing because their staff are afraid to touch paper applications because thewy might catch COVID?

Digitasl processing won’t erven reduce the number of clerks that review applications to ensure all required documents are included in the application to allow further processing. Since each application must be reviewed by an individual Immigration Officer giving it fundamental justice how could it speed up processsing?

On September 23rd, 2022 all sponsorships of a spouse, dependent child, adoption applications and RNIP applications are to be submitted digitally. Will it improve processing times? DEPENDENT CHILD - Probably the most simple application if when the application is submitted all required mdocuments are included with the application regardless of a paper application or a digital application.

• Why does it currently take 21 months to process a (dependent child) application from Jamaica?
• Why does it take currently 24 months to process a (dependent child) application from Dominican Republic?

ADOPTION - Placing orphaned kids with Canadian parents (normally relatives) should be a slam dunk if all the required documents have been submitted with the application regardless of a paper application or a digital application.

• Why does it currently take 31 months to process a (dependent child) application from the Philippines?

SPOUSE PARTNER SPONSORSHIP - Spousal Sponsorship applications rather Inland or Outland Spousal Sponsorship arethe most common applications. Once a clerk has reviewed the file to prove that all the required documents and forms are iancluded only than can additional processing take place. No initial time saved in processing an application at this stage.

• Why does IRCC list all Outland Spousal applications take 23 months to complete?
• Does it not make a difference from which country the applicant is from?
• Does it not make a difference fwhich Visa Post has the most Officers?
• Why are Inland Spousal processing times listed as 15 months regardless of country even those with the most Bad Faith Marriages?

Does it take IRCC eight months to send an Outland application to the corresponding Visa Post from Mississauga CPC? Many Inland applicants are already OUT OF STATUS some for years. Some Inland Applicants already have a warrant for arrest fore not complying with the Act. Should not all Inland Spousal Applications b e assessed more stringently then an application where a Canadisan flew to another country to get married?

HOW WILL DIGITAL PROCESSING SPEED UP PROCESSING OF SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIPS?

Immigration Officers won’t have to search through the application to find the 20 photos to prove a relationship they will be in an attachment that will save an Officer ONE MINUTE!

Every applicant whether Inland or Outland starts the spousal aspplication process as being considered in a Bogus Relationship. Upon i9nitial review if any Red Flags are spotted the same amount of time will have to be allotted to ensure no applicant is violating IRPA A 4(1) (a) (b) .

COVID, COVID, COVID is not a reason to switch most applications to digital processing.
