6 年HI Leon, Personally, I use Chat Bots every day with Siri, Starbucks, and Spotify but from a business point of view, it is currently not something we get asked a lot for. However, dealing with the hospitality industry we feel it could be extremely useful therefore we are currently developing a Chat Bot for Restaurants. At a tap of the "Send Button". we want the chatbot to: a) seamlessly place orders b) browse menus c) make reservations d) make payments e) send feedback f) select delivery times & modes. The conversation is very natural and easy. The chatbot will be intelligent and able to understand the customer's intent. It will also make recommendations based on mood and nutritional preferences of the customer. For eg., if the customer wants something sweet and not loaded with fat, the chatbot can recommend a sugar-free ice cream.
