Pinterest ads have a beneficial overflow effect:
I've been playing with Pinterest, and a big thing I've found is that if you run any kind of ad, you get an overflow effect. This means when you run an ad with one kind of goal, other good things happen. For example, I'm currently running an awareness ad to both my profile and website, and I'm getting those...plus followers, reach, saves and engagement.? Moral of the story? Play with ads on Pinterest!
Build a custom landing page for email sign ups. Make a custom landing page where the only call to action, the only content on the page (except maybe header and footer) is to email sign ups. This gives you a link you can post, and is easy to integrate into ads and campaigns. You can then also track where people come from, so you know your best channels for getting subscribers.? In your content, name the problem you solve.? A copywriting trick I've been hearing more and more from professional copywriters, and I've seen work, is to name the pain or problem consumers experience that causes them to buy from you. Remember, your product or service is the solution, so try to find the pain point and write about it. This way people can a) relate to it and b) see that your business is the solution.
Tag people in posts! An overarching strategy that works for any social media platform is to tag others. This way you get in front of their audience, and they're more likely to share back your content. Only make sure they're in the post or it's about them: otherwise you're being spammy and violating terms of service. A technical note though: tag them BOTH in the photo and the text. So ask yourself: when was the last time you tagged someone in a post?

Make your life easier (and your followers grow) with more quote tweets.? Quote tweets are where you take someone else's Tweet and put it out to your universe, but with your commentary. Adding your own text to it increases engagement and reach, and be sure to throw in a new hashtag or two. This way most of the work is done for you, but you can keep posting.?
Use social media to survey and study your followers. Free and cheap are my favourite words, so I recommend tools like Google Surveys or MailChimp to do a survey and learn from your social media followers. This is a great way to get an in dept review of what they want and are thinking about. Be open to the results - last year on my survey I was shocked to discover more people cared about getting followers than sales, and I'm glad I listened.?
YouTube has a new analytics feature I want you to use: Under the analytics tab on YouTube studio, under research, YouTube will tell you top searches that led to your channel, top videos your viewers are also watching, AND suggested keywords. It's a goldmine of data! Use it as it's a more surefire way to create content people will respond to. ?
