My name is Akshay and I am a Digital marketing team leader. Today I am very scared and even more frustrated because from the last 10 days I took 50-60 interviews out of which only 2 got selected. Most of the candidates have more than 1 years work experience for SEO position in Digital Marketing. All the candidates have done Digital Marketing course from many big institutes like Ducat, Excelr, Cetpa, DIDM, Digiperform and many more. I think all the candidates must have paid at least Rs 30000 to do the Digital Marketing course. All the candidates do not know about the fundamental key points of Digital Marketing and they don't even know about SERP. Literally today I felt that all these candidates have not invested their money but have wasted it. Or maybe that's why I'm writing this. This article is for those people who are thinking of doing Digital Marketing. My suggestion is that Study from those institutes who charge less. There are many institutes who take less charges and provide same information or may be better because they also wants to become a big and good institute. After completing the course I'm sure all candidates will get paid internship so that they can understand the work responsibility and improve their digital marketing skills along with it.
