Our growing business requires the strong presence of an experienced?Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with both our HR and Sales teams.?
- Development and execution of Droxic’s employer branding strategy;
- Establish, develop, and grow social media presence and boost company popularity;
- Build and improve brand awareness amongst our target groups, guide the flawless execution and success of our digital marketing campaigns, events and PR activities;?
- Drive our demand generation and brand awareness efforts through multiple digital channels;
- Design and maintain social media presence and publish digital marketing content;
- Set up, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms;
- Development and design of marketing performance campaigns through click-intensive advertisement texts with the aim of generating leads, acquiring customers, and increasing turnover within the given budget;
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments;
- Collaborate with our HR and Sales teams on a daily basis.?
- Previous experience in the Digital Marketing field;?
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing;
- Professional experience at an IT company is a plus;?
- Good knowledge of: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, FB business Manager, LinkedIn
- University background - degrees in Marketing/PR; or Business /Technology an advantage;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (corporate language);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.?
