Social media platforms such as Facebook, and its sister platforms also have the issue of users’ data storage and using them for marketing purposes. Sometimes, it becomes a nightmare when some mischievous anonymous hackers hack anyone's account and use them as per their wish.

It is always recommended to learn about data security before your personal or professional use of the internet and online platforms.

Digital Marketing has many modules and all of them are highly dependable on data. It is a must to know to analyze data near accurately to get a result out of your efforts.

Time Consuming:

In this period of high competition, search engine algorithms are updated in many ways. It takes time to optimize by search bots when it is under consideration by more than 200 factors to rank. It needs a lot of effort, time, and patience to rank organically. It needs to invest a certain amount of money to get ranking by ads and self-branding.

Different Skills:

We know the saying “ a jack of all is master of nothing” but for a digital marketer, you must have some different knowledge to start working. For a content writer, it’ll be an advantage if he or she knows SEO, Social Media Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, Using Webmaster tools, Data analysis, basic graphics to match other team members and get the exact output from his or her efforts. But, learning all the modules and skills is not the solution.

In-hand Experience:

It’s crucial to understand your position according to your skills. Try to apply your skills to polish them and make them flawless. No matter if it takes time, as soon as you complete your course, start applying for internships. There are many startups where that offer free internships. Do not think about earning money as soon as you have a certificate because, in terms of technology, no one will spend money on those who don’t have in-hand practical experience in the market.

Although you can join freelancing websites such as Fiverr, Upwork, Guru, etc. you must have to showcase your practical work and it is also time-consuming. Sometimes it takes more than 3 years to get the first client on those platforms. So, it’ll always be better to go for an internship process. You can complete internships for different skills in different companies, but take at least a quarter of a year internship to train yourself and be ready to work live in the market.

Again, it’ll take more than 2 years to get a good hold on a particular skill but learning is a process of development. A good learner attitude can always be helpful for your progress in life.
