Check out this 5 trends to boost your brand:
- 1. Content creation: Be the reference of your sector area, using content as a gun to trigger the leads you don't achieve with promoted ads/ campaigns - interesting social media posts, create a blog for your brand, try co-marketing with other stakeholders, case studies, influencers talking about your product/ service, a youtube channel with quick-tip videos, webinars, lives on #LinkedIn.
- 2. Chatbot: when you want to contact a brand, you will always choose a simple way to do it. So, a 24/7 #chatbot is always a good idea do improve your customer service or even to understand what kind of services your potential leads are looking for.
- 3. Templates and demos: if your company/ brand is the standard of a sector, you may already develop amazing ways to work and of course you are must than able to share it with your community. What is the best way to show that your business/ service/ product really works? The answer is "experience for free"! And if your "free experience" is are really good, people will ask for more.
- 4. Partnerships & Events: It may seems a lot of work and logistics, but after this, a lot of people will talk about it. And you know, since Stone Age "mouth-to-mouth" communication is one of the best ways to be noticed and sell. So, choose a theme that your company is really related to, partnership with other companies and influent people as guests or hosts, and create a great synergy to organize a really cool event (with this at the same time you will generate networking as well). It can be online, for example (in fact, during #Covi19 it is the best option).
- 5. Embrace Sustainability and Good Causes: Nowadays, being aware of what is happening in the world is a number 1 priority for the brands/ companies. The final client wants to be related to the idea of doing something that matters. In Fashion, people want a brand with sustainable ideology; in the Food and Beverage sector, people want biologic products; in the car industry, people will kill for a Tesla (but you know ?? doesn't help, so it is more an utopia craving).
- 6. Sell the experience, not the product: I know, I said 5 trends, but I think you deserve an additional one. Actually, I really believe this is the most important. The final client role is very different today than it was 100 years ago. People want to feel. Be part of something. So you must give them that. Involving in your own marketing campaign/ actions, using them as a "tester", making them feel that your product is actually their product/ service, made especially for them. How you can do it? For example, Spotify does it every time it suggests "a mix" based on your music choices; Netflix has an algorithm to suggest tv shows and movies with a rate base on your tastes; Nike ID makes it possible for you to create your own (unique) pair of sneakers...So as you can see, it is not impossible to do it. You just need to think about your approach and give your target a "personal feel" about how your product/services to fit (and improve) in their life.
