According to a "2021 analysis, research?funding continues to lag?for conditions that primarily impact women. Women are still not equitably represented in medical research, and often find their health concerns and pain overlooked or minimized by providers."

"The Australian government is giving a huge boost to digital health with new funding of A$951.2 million ($643 million) over four years.
The 2023-2024 budget for digital health includes:
A$429 million ($290 million) to modernize #MyHealthRecord; and
Meanwhile, the federal government is also investing A$111.8 million ($76 million) over four years to strengthen electronic prescribing and enhance targeted digital medicines."

"To amplify their programming, CARE #Nigeria conducted digital?social and behavioral change communications (SBCC) campaigns?promoting early childhood vaccination in collaboration with Yobe state social media influencers.
Building on pre-existing efforts to engage communities and increase their access to vaccination services, CARE Nigeria developed and launched a #chatbot on WhatsApp in 2022 that disseminated early childhood immunization information in an engaging, yet easy-to-use format."
