"The?Coalition for Health AI (CHAI)?released its highly anticipated “Blueprint for Trustworthy AI Implementation Guidance and Assurance for Healthcare” (Blueprint). The Blueprint addresses the quickly evolving landscape of health AI tools by outlining specific recommendations to increase trustworthiness within the healthcare community, ensure high-quality care, and meet healthcare needs. The 24-page guide reflects a unified effort among subject matter experts from leading academic medical centers and the healthcare, technology, and other industry sectors, who collaborated under the observation of several federal agencies over the past year."

WHO Celebrates 75th Anniversary and Seeks Health Equity

"As the World Health Organization (WHO) marks 75 years of existence, the global health authority has urged countries to promote health equity in the face of unprecedented threats to mankind.

In a statement to commemorate the day, the Director-General of WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus , urged governments and leaders to take action to protect and invest in health and care workers who are at the forefront of the response to health and climate emergencies

#WHO would mark its 75th anniversary, along with its 194 Member-states and other partners on April 7, 2023."

Digital health workforce imperatives to lead amid disruption

"Health service managers must manage the challenges of unparalleled growth in digital health literacy across practitioners and patients alike, within this time of systemic transformation. This is predicated on managers being proficient in planning and managing the digital tools and technologies through this changing, contemporary environment.

Health service managers require: competencies in leading the implementation and transformation of informatics and digital technology in the health sector; and system and organizational capacity for building the management workforce capability in the era of health informatics and digital health.

A scoping review published in the?International Journal of Medical Informatics?identified five key strategies for developing health management workforce competency and capacity."

" Palantir Technologies , U.S. billionaire Peter Thiel’s controversial data company, appears well-placed to land Britain’s largest-ever health data contract, the £480 million Federated Data Platform (FDP). According to Digital Health, a trusted UK trade publication, Palantir’s ‘Foundry’ is ‘highly-favoured’ by NHS England , the contracting authority. And very few seem to be noticing it."

CTA Releases Report On Consumer Adoption Of Digital Health Solutions

Consumer Technology Association 's "study finds?58% of healthcare providers (HCPs) agree that digital health solutions like blood pressure and continuous glucose monitors, hearing aids and their associated mobile applications, lessen the burden on the health system. Despite that optimism, just 44% agree that these solutions are living up to their full potential.?
