In the recent Connected Things report we continue focusing on the growing trend of increasing intelligent and connected things in the Nordic region and how the digital eco system is becoming a major driver in this market.
We see that previously separated ecosystems are converging into a fully integrated system where the concept of smart city is a great example of opportunities but also challenges on how to support this connected infrastructure that scales and includes a vast number of contributors.
This leads to the rise of the eco system and also interestingly including the so called analogue companies many of them local service companies that in a digital eco system adds additional value to the entire value chain of services. This is something that I find increasingly interesting and allows us to find the real values in order to simply and grow new business models through joint offerings.
