The Digital DRA and Inbest partner to improve debt resolution customer journey

The Digital DRA is excited to announce the launch of their new partnership with benefits calculator provider Inbest.

In the UK there are over 8mn households missing out on ￡16bn in benefits. The most common reason why people miss their benefits is that they are unaware that they are entitled to benefits or assume that they are not eligible. Inbest allows customers to easily compare the benefits they receive to the benefits they are entitled to. Then, customers can apply for their benefits and find personal money advice.

This integration will embed on The Digital DRA’s existing user journey to help identify unclaimed benefits. Customers will be able to access the benefits calculator via the portal at any time. Benefits can have a major impact when setting budgets, selecting debt solutions and negotiating affordable repayment plans so it’s a great feature to be able to offer within the debt resolution customer journey.
