Have you ever wondered what the future of the Digital Market will be?
What will happen to Service Design and Product Design?
What would the world be without the Internet and without Social Media?
I tried to find the answers to these questions but, for the first time, I didn't interview a real, human professional.
This article is more like an experiment rather than a picture on a working reality like the other articles are.
I collected several questions through my network on LinkedIn and I asked these enquiries to different AI Chatbots.
A chatbot, short for chatterbot, is a software or web tool created to imitate human conversation using text or voice. Nowadays, chatbots are usually found online and employ advanced artificial intelligence systems.
Chatbots can serve various purposes, including customer service, information retrieval, entertainment, and personal assistance. They can be found on websites, messaging platforms, mobile apps, and even integrated into devices like smart speakers.
These systems can chat with users in a natural language, mimicking human-like behavior during conversations. Many of these chatbots utilize deep learning and natural language processing technologies, although simpler versions have been around for quite some time.
The sophistication of chatbots varies widely, from simple rule-based systems that follow pre-defined scripts to advanced AI models capable of understanding context, learning from interactions, and generating human-like responses.
Through a series of insightful question marks, we can see the depths of AI's understanding, seeking not only predictions but also the underlying motivations, aspirations, and ethical considerations that shape the machine's perspective on what can be next.
For this article I used the most popular and free of charge AI Chatbots: ChatGPT , Google Bard , YouChat , AskAI , and Writesonic . I asked a single question to a single chatbot. The common thread between the questions is a prediction about the future, let′s see what happened:

What is the future of Social Media in the enxt 10 years? - Google Bard -
Gazing into the crystal ball of the next decade, the landscape of social media seems poised for a metamorphosis. Gone might be the days of monolithic platforms dominating the scene, replaced by a more diverse and dynamic ecosystem.
Niche communities blossoming: Imagine a vibrant tapestry woven from smaller, purpose-driven communities. These microcosms, bound by shared passions, could become the new social hubs.
Content evolving beyond the screen: Short, captivating videos will likely retain their throne, but prepare for an invasion of immersive experiences. Augmented reality could overlay virtual elements onto our physical world, and virtual reality might become a playground for social interaction and shared adventures. The lines between digital and real will blur, creating entirely new ways to connect.
Empowering creators to thrive: The creator economy is set to explode, with platforms becoming launchpads for individuals to build engaged communities and even earn a living. Micro-influencers with authentic connections might trump celebrity endorsements, and the tools to create and share will become more accessible and sophisticated.
Privacy taking center stage: As data privacy concerns simmer, expect platforms to offer users more control over their information. Decentralized networks, where users own their data, could emerge as viable alternatives. The social media giants might be forced to prioritize user trust and transparency.
Misinformation under the microscope: The fight against fake news and misinformation will intensify. AI-powered fact-checking and content moderation might become more adept, but the tightrope walk between free speech and responsible curation will remain a challenge.
Shopping woven into the social fabric: Imagine seamlessly browsing products within your social media feed, clicking to buy, and receiving them without leaving the platform. Social media could morph into a one-stop shop for commerce, blurring the lines between entertainment and consumption.
The metaverse beckons: Social interaction could transcend the confines of screens and enter immersive virtual worlds. Avatars might meet, work, and play in these digital landscapes, pushing the boundaries of social connection.
