As you mention, in my experience, having a central/coordinated view into tech selection, u&a, costs, and ever-changing business needs (that tech can also drive), is critical in any organization as they grow. Reducing expenses is finite, so focus should be on these and deployment across the org, can enable tech to dramatically drive growth & KPI success. #martech #revops #revenueoptimization
