When Coach, Author, Speaker Starr Sheppard-Decker first approached me to collaborate on a digital decluttering workshop, I didn't hesitate to say yes. Why? Because so many people have reached out to me over the years to express their frustration with too many emails, too many e-files, too much wasted time and space. Can you relate? Then, if you have no idea where to begin or how to tame these beasts, it can be maddening.

Now, if you know Starr, she's an absolutely brilliant coach and spiritual mentor. But it turns out that organizing is not her forte. With scores of organizers in the Portland, Oregon metro area, I have to say that I was absolutely floored and humbled when her email popped in. Fortunately, my email box is well managed, so it didn't get lost among a morass.

We don't want to see anyone in pain, so we quickly got to work developing this 3-Part hands-on, totally supportive course. Here's what you need to know.

This workshop is for you if: 

•  You use your computer often for business and/or creative projects
• You have a working knowledge of your computer and email software
• You struggle to find the time – or a way that works – to organize your emails
• You know that it is time to clear out space but don’t know where to start
• You’re ready to turn your mind chatter about what you “should” be doing into action – in a way that feels aligned with who you actually are
• Want to take action asap in a supportive environment
