Digital Briefing - Leadership & Strategy 07 March 2023

Welcome to this week's Leadership & Strategy briefing

?During our road trip around the Midlands last week, Tom and I visited the factory of The Manufacturer MX Award Winners in the People and Skills category, Lisi Aerospace. While in that neck of the woods, we also popped in to see Lander Tubular Products, Manufacturer of the Year 2021 and also a previous winner of the People & Skills award. Both companies feature in the latest episode of The Manufacturer Podcast, the final instalment in our People & Skills series.

?This episode was recorded at the HQ of FANUC UK , our podcast series sponsors. We start the episode by talking to Oliver Selby , the company's head of sales, about the need to secure the future of automation through education. Listen below.

We also got the opportunity to visit the opening of a new manufacturing facility at the 英国诺丁汉大学 , as well as Druck, a Baker Hughes business and OX Delivers . Content from these visits is on the way so keep your eyes peeled!
