Calendar Booking Automations
Connecting to your business calendar has never been easier. For a while, we used Calendly at HBT Digital. This company was the gold standard, and for most users, the easiest to get up and running. If a meeting was scheduled, a trigger response could go to the user’s email or phone, and redirect to a specific URL. With HighLevel, we can go a step further using if/then triggers: If a user scheduled an appointment, but didn’t show, we can send follow up SMS messages to try and get the meeting back on track. Another automation that we like is creating a specific tag for a contact. If someone books a discovery call on our calendar, a tag is assigned to the user and we can easily identify that the prospect arrived at HBT Digital via booking a calendar meeting.
Automate Form Submission Workflows
One workflow automation we love is when a prospect submits a form on the HBT Digital website, specific actions are triggered. I want to know immediately who submitted the form, and an email and text is triggered to myself with the prospect’s details. After, an opportunity is created automatically in my sales pipeline, and I know the lead source and lead value (self-defined). Lastly, a trigger email response is sent to the prospect, with a nudge to book a discovery call.

Missed Call - SMS to Caller Automation
Ever miss a new business call? Hey, it happens. One thing I love about using HighLevel is that whenever I miss a call, an immediate SMS message is sent to the caller. This is huge! I mean, we would have returned the call, but it could be up to 24 hours. Instantaneous response is the way to go here, in my opinion. By the way, if the prospect responds in the SMS message, the CRM is automatically updated with notes and user data (if given).
