The old gaurd is full of #Divas and #Bullies.All the oldies who are good at putting you down with words but will never move a muscle to do anything.Yes those!The #FamousNames who are seeking relevance and live off other rich people's money and create nothing other than Air.

And then there are the #Newbies...full of fire and passion but with little understanding of what goes into creating anything!They mean well but are best as Arms and Legs and dont have the Heart and the Mind in place yet for #lastingwork.Some are born naturals and thats an anomaly!

What is now emerging is a completely new #WorldOrder of #DigitalNatives who are realising that they impact One to Many through their work and creation in Digital.They are now working on their #owngrowth.They ensure that they have the #consciousness to be able to work with #crowds.They will have to plug into masses and try and figure out ways to impact #masspsyche positively and not in an #addictive #negative manner.Its a choice of making Race 3 or Raazi as a simpler example.What are you leaving behind?
