Digipodium Super League 2022
Recreation is essential to functioning properly in modern day. It purges stress from the mind and helps in relaxation. Digipodium believes in this. Which is why, among the many extracurricular planned every year, we hold a badminton tournament as an annual recreational activity.
The Digipodium Super League was held on 17th April, 2022 at K.D. Singh Babu Stadium.?
The planned categories were Men's and Women's Singles and Mixed Doubles. However the organizers didn't have a grasp on the sheer number of students that would turn up for the event and so were forced to make a new Men's Doubles category on the spot.?
The hot weather wasn't going to get in the way as the competitiveness in the participants burned far hotter. Everybody gave it their all despite their skill level. Although experience prevailed as the true king in the end.
Those who weren't actively playing in a match, had their own games going on, on the side. The need to break away from the rigor of life to enjoy the day to the fullest was apparent.
The students literally had to be dragged away for refreshments.
After several elimination rounds, quarter finals, semi finals and then finals, those that brought their A game and showed exemplary skill were crowned the victors. The runners-up received a medal while the winners got that as well as a shiny trophy. They were presented by national level badminton athlete Mr. Sulabh Srivastava.

The simple idea of overcoming the distance between teacher, staff and student and simply coming together to have fun and relax was the main goal of this event and that, and more was achieved. An institute that goes above and beyond for their students to such an extent, understands the importance of building and keeping a positive relationship with one another. Digipodium is that institute.
