While the growth rates of both the B2B and B2C companies have not been too different for the top companies, there is a huge difference between the revenue multiples. The B2B companies have been valued at 8.5X of revenue while the B2C companies are valued at 2.67 of revenue.
Impact of therapy
For all the discussion on preventative health, companies focused on curative health has grown faster, 50% compared to 14.5% demonstrated by the platforms focused on preventative health. The revenue multiples shown by the curative platforms are slightly higher 5X compared to 4.33X for the preventative platforms.
Endnote
It is interesting to note that there has been no digital health IPO last year. Intact, there are a bunch of listed digital health companies trading that? were noncompliant with listing standards, having traded at or below $1 for over 30 consecutive business days. These could face delisting in 2024.
