Digging into the UX Playbook
Last month I published an article in Product Craft about the UX Playbook my team constructed. The article is a companion piece to my presentation to the PDX Producttank meetup. One of the points I make underscores how challenging it is for Product Management, UX and Product Development to collaborate when each discipline orients to radically different frameworks.
The solution my team proposed emerged as a game board. If the team members can't answer "Yes" at each decision point, forward progress pauses, and the team focuses on one of four "Mega-plays."
In this month's article in Product Craft, I dive into each Mega-play and also decompose a Mega-play into its constituent micro-plays.
