A Difficult Question for CEOs and HR Pros

Which CEO or HR Professional can answer this puzzle?

(This is difficult)

Executive Overview: You are an exceptional HR Professional with 20 years of experience within Blue Chip organizations and entrepreneurial companies. A newly hired CEO has hired you and given you the budget to fix the HR-related issues.

You spent the first ninety days in this new position asking questions via the Socratic Method to discover that there are seven significant issues that need to be addressed. Because you have been trained to be strategic, in your approach, you decided to proceed by force-ranking the seven issues to not attempt to address all seven issues simultaneously.

Here are the seven issues:????

?No culture of continuous learning·?????

?No concern for Health and Safety·??????

No attraction of top talent·?????

?No embracing of change and innovation·?????

?No leadership development·??????

No Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Process.?????

?No creation of a Quality Employee Experience.

How would you force-rank your approach from 1 being the most critical problem to 7 being the least critical problem? There are several ways to address this question depending on various scenarios. However, the exercise should allow you to dig deep into your problem-solving skill set to help generate discussion.

What say you?
