Course Description
We are surrounded by difficult personalities daily. With such a huge number of people in the world, it’s only natural that there are going to be those who are out to manipulate us or demand more than we can give them. Sometimes it’s simply a matter of negative people who dislike seeing others doing better, so they do what they can to make our lives difficult. This leads to us feeling drained and frustrated.
In this course, we are going to talk about the different types of personalities you may encounter in your life, and understand the roots of their behavior, as well as the impact your interactions with them can have on you. Even if the impact is negative, the good news is that you can turn these situations into opportunities for growth.
This course will teach you how you can maintain your composure, set boundaries, and communicate your needs assertively while maintaining empathy and understanding for another’s perspective. Even when their behavior is unreasonable, you can turn a conflict into collaboration. We are going to give you strategies to handle different types of difficult people, whether they are being passive-aggressive and cold, or are explosively angry all the time. Human interaction is complex, and we are going to learn how to navigate it with confidence.

9 个月I liked everyone's post asking how to enroll to include the information. Click the picture, it'll take you to the first page, where you'll click the link to enroll, which will take you to another page (w/ all of the ads in between sections of the explanation of what the course offers, I hit the x on all of them to see clearly) find the redeem coupon button which will have a price scratched out, click it and then it will take you into the correct place register and start the course. Hope this help I have a few screenshot pics, but I doubt I can post them all at once.
