This is a special event hosted by Mosaic Training and presented by Dr Iain Bourne covering the essential skills for managing immediately challenging and potentially dangerous behaviour. The training proceeds through a series of 5 mini-dramas offering participants an opportunity to reflect upon:
- their own immediate reactions
- their understanding of the behaviour
- how they might handle that behaviour
After each, Iain outlines, in detail, the relevant, simple, safe and effective professional skills and opens these up for debate.
