Traditional Marketing

Traditional marketing is a marketing strategy that uses media to deliver an advertisement message to a target audience. Traditional marketing is characterized by its use of mass media channels and its emphasis on direct sales. When you think about traditional marketing, you might think of television commercials, billboards or magazine ads.

Traditional marketing also includes direct and interactive sales techniques like telemarketing, door-to-door canvassing and trade shows are all part of traditional advertising campaigns.

Digital Marketing

Digital marketing is more targeted, measurable and cost-effective. it is more accessible to everyone, whether they’re in a big city or small town, they have access to the internet and can turn on their computer or smartphone and use it for online shopping, finding information about products and services that interest them, or even just for entertainment purposes like watching videos on YouTube or playing games online with friends from around the world!

It means that not only do you reach out to customers through various channels like email campaigns but also through social media platforms such as Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts where you can post updates about new products/services available on your website which then get shared across different platforms. It allows people who didn’t know about them before to find out about these things too - this creates awareness towards those products so that when someone sees something interesting while browsing through these sites they might click on one of those links. It brings them closer towards making an actual purchase decision than if they hadn't seen anything first hand.

Audience

Traditional marketing is more focused on the audience, while digital marketing is more focused on the content. The traditional media was the most important aspect of traditional marketing, and it's still an important part of any digital strategy but now there are many other options to consider.

Unlike traditional marketing where it’s only one way traffic; this allows brands some insight into how their customers are feeling about their products/services/brands so they can adjust accordingly based on feedback from customers which digital channels provide - making it more dynamic than traditional forms of advertising such as print ads or billboards where there isn't nearly as much interaction between consumers and brands!

Integration

integration is the ability to use data to help make decisions. Digital marketing is integrated into the traditional marketing process, so you don’t have to keep track of two separate processes anymore.

For example, maybe you want to increase sales over the holidays by offering gift cards or discounts on specific products and services that customers are interested in buying. The integration of digital marketing allows you to easily reach your target audience through Facebook ads and get them on your website where they can find those offers.

You can also differentiate between traditional marketing and digital marketing by their accessibility. Digital marketing, for example, is accessible to everyone with internet access—it doesn’t matter whether you have a mobile phone or computer (which is often true of traditional advertising, such as billboards and print ads).

Moreover, digital marketing makes it easy for people to engage with the message more frequently: they don’t need to wait until the next time they see an advertisement on TV before they can take action; instead they can browse online at any time of day.
