For different results you need to vibe differently

Your mirror shows you exactly the way you are actually but have you tried to be a 'third party mirror' for you, which means how others perceive you to be? Some times I imagine myself watching myself from a short distance and I don't know why and how I can do this but I use to imagine another me watching what I am currently doing. I use to think that at the end of my fingers, both hands and feet, has laser light able to flash in a long distance.

What I'm thinking while I have this laser light is that it can either just flash light or kill/destroy something. Then I foresee the reaction of my teacher when I do my homework or answer exams. I would always try to make the scene in my head when we will be correcting the answers of our homework or exam and what will our teacher say and her explanation. That will be the basis of my answer. I always talk to myself and tell stories like I am telling it to my friends.

I'm have been an only child at home and usually by myself at home. When I do something good or unusual, I used to practice saying it to myself before I tell it to somebody else, which will never happen. In math, I usually add numbers which will make up to 10 first no matter what their sequence is. Ex. 9+7+6+3. I will add 7 and 3 first because it make up to 10. Then 9 and I get 1 from 6 making it another 10. Then add the remaining 5. Then I'll have 25. Teachers never taught this to me. It is just how I analyze numbers easily, how about you? These are things that I do/think which are weird enough to be done by everyone but, yeah, I do it. I never said this to anyone, ha ha they'll think I'm cray.

What I do differently now a days is that whenever anybody shouts at me even when its not my fault, I just don't react at all. simply I listen to the other person patiently unlike others who start reacting immediately.Once that person is done with his or her screaming, only then I put my points forward slowly. The advantage of doing this is firstly, it avoids further fight which could have happened when both the person are reacting simultaneously.

Secondly, it avoids the unimportant issues and all the past things that have happened to be discussed which are not at all required at that time and could have made the situation even worse.Thirdly,when you listen to that person calmly when he/she is screaming,you get to know what exactly the other person think about you. And lastly,when the person comes back to normal,he/she feels guilty about screaming at you and there are chances that they will apologize for their behaviour.And in this way,you get the chance to say whatever you want to say and also you save yourself from saying anything unnecessary which could have been troublesome.

I am a habitual early morning walker. When I go about my daily business, I usually walk two miles non stop and then just take a small break and then continue walking. Well, I put on my earphones with lovely music which makes me walk faster with more energy and I have to walk the same path every time, by crossing the same roads at the same point every time and then when I reach home after my walk I just take it easy and relax in a garden chair with a glass of water and followed by first cup of hot ginger tea.

But for a change, if I have an exceptionally good day or good luck during a day, I fastidiously try to ensure that I repeat my routine exactly as I did that day and if I had to do something different that day then I usually would do, which would occur due to things out of my control such as road works, train delays, obstructions preventing me going along my usual path then I will make the amended routine I followed that day my new ' usual’ way. This new route always gives me some new insights and new energy to go about in enthusiastically.
