The Different Performance Between ATA Series Gearbox and SMR Series

1. Material:   ATA gearbox use the QT600 nodular cast iron material;  SMR use HT250 gray cast iron, some even use HT200 material.  The carrying capacity of the gearbox housing is different.
2. Bearings:  ATA adopt Tapered Roller bearings; SMR adopt ordinary Deep groove ball bearings. The carrying capacity of ATA bearings is much stronger than SMR.
3. Oil seal:  ATA use original SOG or NAK imported brand from Taiwan;  SMR use the domestic general oil seal brand.
4. Product Positioning:  ATA gearbox is mainly catering to European, American and other middle&high-end market group customers.  SMR gearbox is aiming at customers and markets with ordinary quality and low price requirements.
