Different methods you can use to cleanse your 'aura'

When you ask this question to different people you might get different answers from each one of them. To cleanse one's aura is to bring in positive energy. We have to believe that darkness doesn't exist and it is just the absence of light. Like that negative energy is just the absence of the positive energy. Externally it helps when you keep yourself in company with good people. They will bring in their inner light to you too. Try to help others in need and worthy of it. Internally when you keep good thoughts, purposefully, in time, it will be a habit and part of you and then you pray, meditate and listen to your inner self.
“Negative” energy is a problematic term, as it sets up a “positive” and “negative” duality. Your soul is energy and energy is conscious. Some are toxic and unhealthy to you, but it does not necessarily mean it is toxic and unhealthy for someone else. Some energy are denser and darker, but that does not necessarily mean it is “negative”. For example, the zeal in which one tries to get rid of “negative energy” can itself be a subtle form of distortion and toxicity buried deeper in one’s psyche.
Having said that, there are many methods and three basic categories: Purging, Transmutation and Dissolution.
Purging: one of the more accessible methods. Skill in the dissolution or mindfulness is very helpful, but if the toxin is intense enough, you will naturally try to purge it through your mind just like you use laxatives for purging your digestive system of your body. Methods that purge uses the natural functions of the body and mind to eject toxins. It is simple, and fairly easy, once you let go of the social conditioning that makes purging methods unacceptable. Your “soul”, that is, one of your subtle energy bodies are is not separate from your physical body. They inter mesh and interpenetrate. This means that toxic energy might be anchored into muscle triggers, environmental, and situational triggers. Because they interpenetrate, when purging toxic energy, it may come out of the body in physical form.
Likewise, physical releases may help release toxic energy. When releasing energy, it may come in many physical form, in different intensity: bowel movements, muscle spasms, sweating, coughing, sneezing, yawning, farting, diarrhoea, vomiting, vocalisation like mumbling, groaning, moaning, yelling, etc. You’re likely to stink, and if it is toxic to other people, they will find it unpleasant. After all, this is what is inside of you purging out.
Similar to the physical methods might start physical first and end up with releasing your emotional and spiritual toxins. For example, getting a body work done like with a massage might lead to a particular knot the healer works on. When the physical knot finally releases, the emotions and energy trapped in there releases as well, and you might be flooded with flashbacks related to it. Many healing modalities works with both physical and energetic (because they are not really separate).
Here is just a short list of what is available: Reiki, Taoist dao yin, some parts of modern yoga, bodywork lots here: massages of different kinds; often with different tool, shamanic ceremonies, chanting certain mantras, saunas, cold showers, fire breath or other breathing methods devised for purging etc.
Transmutation: This set of methods are not as accessible as purging. It’s not for everyone, though it can be very effective. This is for advanced practitioners, or practitioners who have awakened their hearts. When energy is purged, the energy is not destroyed. Energy with that encoding goes somewhere. Think of it like this: when you take a shower, you feel cleaner. But only because the water dissolves the dirt and carries it away. It goes somewhere. You feel relieved at being clean only because you yourself is cleaned. However, when you look at it from the perspective of the entire system, the dirty stuff simply gets moved to somewhere else.
The same way, purging energy sends that energy somewhere. Depending on the healer you work with, some will know what to do with it, either by transmuting or dissolving it themselves, or to send it to someone or some being who does. By “transmutation”, I mean either transforming your relationship with the energy tantra or directly altering the information/consciousness encoded in the energy alchemy. Some of these practices get into some pretty deep stuff, so I’m only going to mention two practices that are examples of this.
The first energy tantra requires sufficient devotion. This is being an open channel for universal love and allowing love to transmute the nature of the energy. If you have experienced “universal love”, you know what I am talking about. However, most people have not, and many will think they do. People tend to confuse love with romance, love with attraction, love with lust, love with attachment. Because of this confusion, I’ve seen people naively think their love will win out, not realising that we’re talking about transmutation of energy. Most of the people I have seen fail, fail because they are attempting this from ego or ignorance. This type of a healing modality is a calling. You will suffer initially and you won’t get rewarded either and yet, this is one of the most simplest and potent transmutation.
Dissolution: This is the direct way. Like all things come and go, and that includes different energies in the soul, and the soul itself. The soul being a longer-lived vehicle for awareness. The consciousness is energy and energy is conscious. Information is encoded in, and is expressed by energy. You can “read” energy to find it’s encoding, and the energy itself provides the motive force for that encoding to express and manifest. This informational encoding is the “story”. These stories often relate to some identity. “I am this, but not that.” Justifications are stories you tell yourself to motivate action. Rationalisations are stories you tell yourself to explain what you did. Expectations are stories you tell yourself about what you would like to happen.
If you start believing that stories, energies, and soul arises from the transcendental ground and inevitably, stories, energies, and soul will pass back into the transcendental ground. All things come and go, and yet this transcendental ground which is not a “thing” or a “place” or a “person” that remains. Some stories will take you closer to that transcendental ground. Others take you away from it.
This is independent of whether a story is “negative” or “positive”, “toxic” or “nourishing”, as those words tend to be burdened with stories conditioned into us by our culture and society. Mindfulness practices, where you directly recognise the true nature of a phenomena, is the direct way in which these stories dissolve into the transcendental ground. When you see something’s true nature, you are no longer intoxicated by that story. You recognise it — perhaps even enjoy it for what it is. One needs to first understand the concept and believe it before they can practice it for themselves. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre #possessedbywritingspirit
Lovely share Sir. Something that I strongly believe in. We are surrounded by energies all around us and its very important to cleanse ourselves so that we attract positive energies into our lives. Likewise, I will add that its important to cleanse our living spaces too so that our home becomes peaceful and positive.
