BE DIFFERENT AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Hello everyone,

After a long time, I love to share with you one of the heart touching incident that has happened with me in the morning while moving to office.

As a routine I was on the way to office when I stopped at red signal and spotted one boy (just a little fellow who was trying hard to earn his bread and butter) who was selling nimbu mirch.

He was going to one by one to check whether anyone is interested to buy or not to buy nimbu mirch. He kept going in-spite of many rejections. Then I saw that suddenly a window of one of the luxurious car roll down and a person sitting inside the car took the bunch of nimbu mirch and gave him 100 rupees. I was shocked by looking at this because it might be 10 no of bunch of nimbu mirch. By watching this I started thinking that even in today’s generation many people still believes in such superstitious. As I was standing beside to that car, I thought just to inquire about before the window roll up.

So first I smiled at him who was sitting inside the car and asked him that is he still believes in such thing. He just nod his head that’s seems to be he don’t. So again I asked him that do you think this nimbu mirchi is going to work. He smiled back and said I don’t know whether it works or not. I was confused by his answer and tried to go in detail by asking another question, then why did you buy it? He again smiled and said that I don’t know whether this nimbu mirch will work or not but I know the amount of money which I have given to boy will definitely work when that boy feels hungry. He said I don’t believe in superstitious but I believe in humanity. His answer touched my heart and I remember once said by Swami Vivekananda,

I know many of you may think that why did I share this with you, because I just want to give you one message that you must have been observed that The sun is taking up water from the ocean, to return it in shower. Similarly we are the machine of taking and giving. We take in order to give. The more we give, the more will come to us. The quicker we empty the air out of one room then what will happen, is the quicker it will be filled up by the external air. And when we close all the doors, window and all the aperture that which is within will remain, but that which is outside will never come in, then what will happen. The air which is within will stagnate, will degenerate, and become poisoned. So take in order to give the way a river is continually emptying itself into the ocean and it continually filling it up again by rains. So never forget to help the needy, not by just giving advice but serve them like you are servicing to god.
