A Different Lay Away Plan

As of today, November 1, 2019... we are 55 days until Christmas and 61 days until 2020. I have been discerning on a gift I could give to myself; the kind of which would be personal and meaningful.
Discernment is not knee jerk. It is considered. I have considered, and decided.
Back in February, I identified some 9 "milestones" for myself to be realized by my next birthday on February 20, 2020. I called it my "birthday ticket".
Those 9 remain vital to me. These next 2 months are core to realizing them all.
So, I am taking on a lay away plan. Starting today, the focus is clear and sharpened. I have my grocery list. My focus is on these, and these only.
As 2020 approaches, what gift can you give yourself to head into a new year, and the Twenties?
Clearly, there do not have to be 9, but what can you lay away in order to present yourself with a gift of personal importance this coming Christmas?
What can you identify as a target for your own Devotion?
What will be the focus of your Commitment?
To what can you bring passion and purpose?
Discern on it, today.
Decide on it.
Devote yourself to it.
Do that.
Set yourself a GREAT goal even. That is to say, get clear on the Goal, know it's true and deepest Relevance to you, establish how you will Evaluate progress, identify your Actions necessary for completion, and carve in your Timeframe.
Find your best fear, go within. Determine what matters most.
In the meantime, I wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah (and Kwanzaa, and New Year), while I am at it and well in advance. Go get your lay away ordered.
