A different kind of zoom today.

Today, LOCALiQ's team ATX spent the day at Austin's Circuit of the America's (COTA) learning, knowledge and best-practice sharing, as well as discussing Q4 incremental growth and 2021 account planning. We ended our day on the racetrack chasing each other for the top spot on the podium {shocking that there were so many competitors in a group of sales executives}, :) and "cheersing" to a growth mindset headed into the new year - all while 25 stories up on the Tower at COTA overlooking downtown Austin and the soon-to-be-here Tesla offices. Hard not to think BIG when that is your backdrop.

It was a great day- and my heart is full, and mind is bouncing with ideas to keep our momentum moving forward. I got to physically see most of my sales team and share laughs, hear how others on the team are winning in the field, and the tips and tricks they are using with our tools and resources to do so. We got to share stories and catch up on our lives outside of the zoom platform, and we got to celebrate each other and grow together in a unique and fun environment. But the best part of the day was feeling that "thing"- that "Austin magic" we created on the sales floor together- was present today- it was never about a space, always about the people present in that space- and boy, did it feel great.

Thank you TEAM for bringing your best today- your individual strengths and skills make us a stronger team, and make it a heck of a lot of fun when we are together.
