There is a lot of noise today about how women are as good and smart as men. I beg to differ: They are smarter than us, I say!

So, you won't find those 'women can do anything, everything' kind of stuff here. Let's celebrate with a happy, 'Happy Women's Day' song' by women!

I am sure, you are smiling ear to ear. If you aren't, buddy what are you doing here with us! Playfulness is the mother of creativity! You haven't heard that quote, because I just churned it up!

Now, let's move to some serious stuff. Recently, a series of funny, and thought-provoking pictures caught my attention. What if men are described as we do women?

So, remember to read everything you write twice, and don't make these kinds of silly mistakes on your resume--

• "Took a career break in 1999 to renovate my horse"
• "Hobbies: Enjoy cooking Chinese and Italians"
• "I am a perfectionist and rarely if if ever forget details"

To all my friends who keep pointing to some omitted commas, and some unnecessary exclamation marks, and some real typos...

...And to those who are thinking, well, it's not 'Proof Reading,' it should be 'Proofreading,'
