Be different from your competitors!

Everyone of us who are doing business hope to have a business that grows. However, it is pretty sad that a lot of businessmen just focus in developing new customers, and did not put more effort on the existing customers.

Regardless of who are your existing customers, either they buy your low price product or pay for your high price item, they are the ones who have been using your product, and put trust to your brand. Why not make use of this customer data to build the brand, increase the awareness and make your company look outstanding among the competitors?

  • Your existing customers are your brand ambassadors
  • Putting effort on your existing customers could build more sales to your business

The pain is, how are you going to manage all your customers? Don’t tell me that you are hiring a customer service to say hello to every of your customer everyday.
