DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A FAILURE AND TO FAIL.

What is Failure? In it's simplest sense " failure" is a situation where a desired result is not attain or accomplish.

What is to "Fail"? It is situation when we encounter an obstacle that stops us temporally from achieving or attaining a specific objective.

?It is pertinent to distinguish between a person failing and a person who is a failure. Failing does not makes you a failure. When a clear distinction is made between failing and failure, we will be able to turn around every negative situation into a positive one. In other to understand the differences between the two, we should bear in mind that failing is a situation when you encounter a temporal obstacles while failure is a state of mind when we have given up completely after encountering lots of obstacles when pursuing a goal. The illustration below cearly shows the differences between the two situations.

FAILURE?........ Permanent

TO FAIL.......... Temporary

FAILURE......... Shows you have given up.

TO FAIL.......... Shows you are stretching yourself and pushing to your limit.

FAILURE......... A mindset.

TO FAIL........... A setback/ Disappointment.

FAILURE......... End of the Journey success.

TO FAIL........... Part of the journey to success.

FAULURE......... Turning your back to Learn and Grow.

TO FAIL............ Opportunity to learn and Grow.
