The Difference a Year Makes

LeadingAge Illinois and the annual conference has a special place in Caremerge's history - it's where we began exhibiting our first product (Family Engagement) back in 2012. In the years since, it has served as an invaluable testing ground for products, pilots and prospective clients that ended up jumping on board once they had an opportunity to view the products first hand. 

Last year's conference served as a launchpad to introduce several new Caremergers to the industry. This year, those same Caremergers are headed back to highlight our immense product growth (we've doubled our offerings) and to talk about the latest integrations we have on offer in addition to the partnerships we've built in order to enhance our value to our clients. 

We're More Than Family Engagement                                                                Fresh off a 2015 ALFA Best of the Best award in Family Engagement with our client Gardant Management Solutions, we'd be remiss to suggest that Family Engagement isn't central to our mission but we've created a robust care coordination network with the flexible features the future of Senior Living requires.  

In just one year, we've added Rx Integration, Broadcast - an instant messaging tool that connects communities to residents, staff, families and more via text, email and phone instantly, Chronic Care Management-so we can better serve the older adults we work with, and Calendar Central, a calendar so powerful, it manages to unite all the disparate entities within a community so everyone can be on the same page always. 

Connecting Like Crazy - Integrations Matter                                        Anyone working within the healthcare industry already knows why integration is the latest buzzword. The different software and tools used by staff create silos that prevent effective and efficient care coordination. Integrations meet those pain points head on and make dual entry, multiple logins, and incomplete/incorrect information a thing of the past. The Economist recently spoke with us for a case study exploring the importance of digital partnerships that end in integration and we emphasized how this is the future of truly breaking down silos to aid the sort of transparent communication necessary to provide positive outcomes and better care. 

We've made integrations a primary focus of our roadmap because we know our clients need them. In addition to integrations we've done with Omnicare, AmazingCharts, Enquire Solution, The WorxHub, MMP, PriMED and more - our network is built on the latest technology that results in seamless integrations that can take as little as 6-7 weeks from start to finish (including testing), making year long projects a thing of the past for our clients. If our client needs an integration, we ask for an introduction and take it from there.
