Difference between Well Water and Regular Mineral Water

A question that gets asked around a lot - what is the difference between well water and mineral water? Although they might taste and look similar in terms of packaging, the main difference lies in where it comes from, their composition and how they are treated.

Well water contains natural components derived from the springs from which the water was sourced, while mineral water contains dissolved minerals.

Well water

Water collected directly from an underground source naturally rising to the top is called well water. It is rich in natural minerals and is considered one of the best sources of hydration. Well water bottled at the source is fit for human consumption by following a set of perimeters to avoid pollution and contamination.

It provides the body with essential nutrients to get through the day. It also helps deliver oxygen throughout the body, hydrating organs and improving bodily functions.

Mineral Water?

Mineral water comes from an underground source that's protected from pollution. Mineral water contains consistent mineral deposition like calcium, potassium, magnesium and sulphates. Mineral water can also be made artificially by adding salts to distilled water.

The important thing to remember is that staying hydrated is essential for our bodies, and taking the right amount of water daily is of utmost importance.
