Difference between wear-resistant ceramic flat plate and orifice plate

Alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining plates include direct bonded flat plates, welded orifice plates, trapezoidal lining plates, special-shaped lining plates, arc lining plates, grooved lining plates, etc., which are used in mines, steel, thermal power, power generation, cement, ports.

Directly bonded ceramic flat plate: the surface of the equipment shall be polished and derusted. The prepared ceramic glue is coated on the lining plate, and then the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate is fixed on the surface of steel parts as an anti-wear layer.

Welding orifice plate with iron wrist: first fix the iron wrist in the orifice plate, then fix the ceramic lining plate on the surface of steel parts with ceramic glue, and then weld the iron wrist on the equipment surface by spot welding, playing the role of double fixation.

The directly bonded flat plate can work under 300 degrees for a long time, and the welded orifice plate is fixed by iron wrist and ceramic special glue, which can work under 700 degrees for a long time.
