Folks, it’s been long enough that I interacted with you. Sometime daily routines are too tiring and it puts one off focus. However, nevertheless, I am back!
Now let’s try and understand about a Teacher, an instructor and the trainer.
A Teacher is one who imparts knowledge. Well we have all attended schools and universities and we have been imparted/shared/ delivered knowledge in the form of information, processes,

means to do things and a host of others. A teacher always holds a high position in our lives.
An Instructor is one who guides during a process. An instructor helps one understand the process and how to go about in order to achieve the goal. We have seen instructors in the
Forces, in technical institutes and a host of others.

Hmmm.. now who is a Trainer? A trainer is one who helps in converting knowledge into values. Whilst deliberating training to the training the entire process in in converting knowledge into values. Knowledge in the absence of values is just a piece of information or a data. Its imperative that one has the ability and competence to exercise that knowledge, which is understood as value.
