In contrast, digital transformation is a broader strategy encompassing the adoption of various digital technologies to transform an entire organization.

It is a means to achieve efficiency and reduce costs, and it has a history of successful implementations.

Digital Transformation Objectives: Digital transformation, on the other hand, focuses on a broader set of objectives, including improving the user and business experience, ensuring timely and accurate data availability for decision-making, transforming the way an organization operates, and adding value to all stakeholders (both internal and external). It leverages advanced technologies like AI/ML, IoT, Low-code/No-code, Gen AI, ChatGPT and more.

Efficiency is indeed an important aspect of digital transformation, but it's not the sole measure of success.

The ability to respond to market conditions, innovate, and be agile is also a critical aspect of a successful digital transformation.

Quite relevant Suman given that many GCCs are on a verge of saturation but still not able to make impact, team needs fresh perspectives to look at E2E value chain to drive meaningful transformation.

Very rightly said Suman Kumar Jha You made it very clear. I also believe Process automation is actually the use of technology to automate repetitive tasks and workflows. This can be done using a variety of tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), workflow management systems, and artificial intelligence (AI). While Digital transformation is a broader term that encompasses the use of technology to fundamentally change the way a business operates. This can involve automating processes, but it also includes things like developing new products and services, creating new business models, and improving customer experiences. In short process automation is about making existing processes more efficient, while digital transformation is about using technology to create new value for customers and the business It is a very pertinent topic and thanks for posting
