Hard work refers to putting in a lot of effort and dedication towards a task, regardless of the efficiency of the methods used. This could involve working long hours, pushing oneself to complete a task, and putting in a lot of physical or mental effort.
Smart work, on the other hand, refers to working in a more efficient and effective manner. It involves using techniques, strategies, and tools to achieve the same outcome with less effort, time and resources. This type of work requires critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
In essence, hard work is about putting in the effort, while smart work is about putting in the effort in the most efficient and effective way. The goal of smart work is to get the job done right, while also minimizing time and effort.
