Diet VS Exercise?
This is quite possibly THE WORST question and theoretical battle ever waged in the quest for better health. The question isn't which is better, the real question is why aren't you doing both!? Diet without Exercise is only good for reducing the potential of excess weight gain and maintaining moderate health levels. Exercise without Diet is only good for getting potentially stronger at the expense of better health. Diet with Exercise is good for anything and everything! Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got.
