DIET INDUCED THERMOGENESIS
At any time, we eat, our body needs to expend energy (burn calories) to digest, absorb and metabolize food. This is called the thermic effect of food. The more we have food that boosts thermogenesis, the more will be the fat-burning capacity of our body. There are certain food that increases the thermic effect.
